All of our education and workshops follow a three-step system in order to provide a comprehensive education to our clients. Beginning with foundations, we will teach your team to identify and address symptoms of stress, burnout, overwhelm, and nervous system misalignment. Then, we help your team members build a personalized system for integrating what they’ve learned into their everyday lives.
We firmly believe that big changes are made through little adjustments (after all, if you turn the direction of a ship by two degrees, you’d end up in an entirely different country). The tips, insights, and methods that we teach are purposeful and easily implementable. We want to make a big difference in the lives of your team members, no matter the amount of time that we spend together!

Of course! Our services are less about gender and more about the people who have found themselves wondering… is this all there is to life??? We focus on women because they’re continually overworked and underserved in the workplace and the healthcare industry. But, we’ll happily support anyone in developing healthy coping mechanisms and learn how to better take care of themselves.

We’re happy to give a keynote address at your company gathering, but our other team offerings are best kept as intimate as possible. We keep our client roster cozy on purpose, because we provide customized solutions to every one of our clients and want to ensure that we continue to have room to do so.
